At OneSkill Education Pvt. Ltd.| Training Partner BFSI Sector Skill Council of India under National Skill Development Corporation & Skill India Mission, all payments made towards course enrollment, registration, or any other service are strictly non-refundable.

1. Policy Overview

Once a student enrolls in any course—whether online or offline—and the payment is made, no refund, cancellation, or transfer of fees shall be allowed under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

• A course is cancelled by OneSkill Education Pvt. Ltd. before commencement.
• The institute fails to deliver the promised course or a workshop due to unforeseen reasons.

In such rare cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days after official approval.

3. Payment Disputes

All disputes related to payments or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
